From the moment we arrived we felt like we were meant to be here. The office staff is awesome. They helped us find the right apartment at the right time. They have helped me navigate the journey to renting since we haven't rented in over 20 yrs. The grounds are clean, maintenance issues get handled immediately and we love our new apartment. Highly recommend living here. You won't be disappointed.

Our family just moved in and so far we feel at home. The ladies in the office, Tesi and Maria, are very caring and hardworking. I’m thankful for their work at getting us into these apartments and the continued communication when we need something. The place is kept very clean and have good rules in place to keep it that way. The pool is very well maintained and they JUST OPENED a splash pad for the kids! The ladies threw a great party for the whole development to celebrate the opening! It was great. Will keep updated as needed!

Went on a tour today with a lovely lady and I will say all the ladies in the office they were so nice they were very informative. They were not judgmental because I did not go any dressed up. I've lived here for over 4 years now and despite several issues previously (under other management), I genuinely love it here. The property is well maintained, the houses are beautiful, the maintenance guys are the absolute coolest. It's honestly a great community that I am happy to be a part of. Tesi and Maria have really stepped up and helped make this place even better. They are very understanding, extremely professional and also very personable. I no longer feel uncomfortable or judged the second I walk into the leasing office and I am so so so grateful for that. They both are always available, the phones are always answered, emails always returned, there's always someone in the office. They actually care about the residents and are always willing to help resolve any obstacles. I can't thank these beautiful ladies enough for all the hard work they put in and the wonderful conversations every time I mosey into the office.

We have lived at Hampton East for over a year and a half now and we have been very happy with our time here. The apartments are nice, the community is small, and the staff is incredible. The management team has been wonderful! There have been a few recent changes in the office staff, but the new manager seems like she will be a great addition. We have always been treated well by both Boone and Tesi. Boone and the manager before (Kylie) always took any concerns we had seriously and did their jobs well. They have been very kind and patient with us and the owners have been as well. Although the whole staff is amazing, the best parts about this apartment complex is the reliability of the maintenance team. Travis is the glue to this place and, in our opinion, is absolutely irreplaceable. He goes above and beyond and manages so much so well. He is knowledgeable and reliable and kind. He was gone for a time because of a medical issue and that is when we really noticed just how much he did around here and how needed he is for the wellbeing of the community. He and Dante make a great team and we are very grateful to have them both here. Because of them and the trust we have built during our time here we chose to renew our lease. We are so grateful to live here and for the kindness of everyone that works here!

Travis, a superhero of a person!!!! Our AC completely went out today and we all know that is game over in Arizona. They were able to repair the unit on the spot within the same 10 minutes we reported it and was super friendly!! I have mover rented from a place with staff this friendly and helpful, if you’re reading this Travis, THANK YOU!! you are the best!!!!!!!

I truly enjoy living in this part of Mesa, AZ. Everything is so close and there's a ton of things to do. However, the staff at this location are hands down the best. They tend to your needs and get back to you quickly with answering your needs. Kylie and Boone are so friendly and funny, it's truly a pleasure to see their smiling faces. I have never had that kind of service before and it's much appreciated. I don't know if you're looking for a place to stay, but I personally would like to recommended Hampton East.

I just want to say how helpful Boone has been since the day I walked into his office. When i first walked in to ask to see a 3x2 at 540pm close to closing time which 6pm he stopped everything he was doing and showed me and my family it. He has been prompt and efficient from the time he sent me my application till the time i signed my lease! Boone always got back with me in a timely manner and answered all questions that I had with no hesitation! I will be moving in soon and already I feel like I can trust the front office team. The apartment itself looks amazing and spacious! with adorable prices compared to many places I have looked at. Thanks AGAIN BOONE FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE AND CONTIUE TO DO.

Kylie and Boone are always nice and professional. Maintenance takes is busy and takes a few days to respond but for the most part they follow thru. Pool and hot are well kept but usually not usable because of heater problems. Fitness center complete but not open as of yet it has been a work in progress the whole term of our lease over a year. It is a quiet place for the most part.

I have been living here going on three years. The staff is nice, professional, attentive, timely, and all-around Great people. The actual casita is beautiful, spacious, modern with all the ambiance. I chose this place for the backyard and am still here because of it. I have lived in the two bedroom and now in the one bedroom and it did not feel like a downgrade but instead I was surprised at the storage space and that the one bedroom is quite roomy. p.s. I have never had a parking issue ;)

Thanks to Travis the maintenance supervisor for finding the key and turning back on fire pit. Amenities here are very unreliable for residents to use. Gym has never been able to open because of whatever the reason of the week is usually permits. Hot tub goes does for weeks at a time all the time. Fire pit is always off when we go to use. Usually kids hitting emergency button and no one resets it or checks it unless you go to tell them. Strong sewer gas smell in our apartment at night. Musty and moldy smell from AC vents. And rent goes way up in a year time. Kylie is polite and very friendly too me despite my less than stellar attitude and I have respect for that I am not the easiest person to deal with. Thanks for that Kylie I do believe you care but I also think I get forgotten about on some things . I also know you have a lot on your plate: Not a quite community around courtyards and pool areas.

I do believe new complex manager is trying but having major hurdles getting things done with the economy and parts. They did fix my washing machine quickly. Parking is a major issue here recommend a garage if possible. People will park in your spot. They do inspections but do not check the AC in the attic filter was never changed since built and told I am responsible for all AC cleaning work if I want it cleaned they don’t do that.

We were also told we have to clean out our dryer and AC vents ourself. We have only been here 5 months . Still no gym and still no communication on what is happening with it. Only communication we every really got is when we paid our rent early and garage tax was not calculated yet for $3.00 and for a late fee notice going to charge us 15.80 per day for not paying our rent. Amount due was $3.00 due for tax on our garage. Also when they came to check smoke alarms and took various photos around our apartment with no exclamation of why other residents said they did the same. Never had that happen anywhere else we lived. We have new management now so maybe that awkwardness will go away. We don’t pay until the 1st now or add $3.00 if before the 1st. Tripped and lunged forward on broken large gap inside walk watch you step almost went to the ground.

We just moved in 11/19 - so far it is amazing! The energy/vibe in the community is calm and relaxed - away from city noises and traffic. We moved from Chandler and a horrendous company - MEB management and we are thrilled to report that this community is clean, safe and friendly! April and Boone in the office are great and attentive. The homes are so pretty and spacious and the grounds feels safe to walk, even in the middle of the night! We love it here and with the new management that took over in July 2021 it is only going to get better. Lovely single story homes with a calm color scheme and abundant greenery! Everything feels so fresh and alive. Modest pricing as well made us come here and we love it. Thanks April! 💗

The stand alone apartments are upscale and the grounds are well maintained. The only negatives for us are the very close proximity to neighbors and the monthly cost for the amenities-which we don’t ever use. But we have had a really good experience with the new ownership. Boone and April in the office are very easy to work with-professional, courteous and have promptly handled things as they arise. The maintenance team, Brent and Daunte, are also very reliable, professional and have happily fixed whatever needs to be done right away.

Nice pool no heater for winter. Nice hot tub. Make sure and ask to see fire pit turned on during your walk through it is amazing what it looks like when turned on. Especially at night. But make sure they show you during walk through. The gym has a great deal of room to workout also make sure and see how spacious it is. It is on the left side of complex when you come in the gate. Bring your own equipment they have the room. Courtyard is well maintained walk the property and see for yourself. Maintenance is very responsive and does a great job.

This is a update to a review I had put up about a month ago. This is a beautiful property with a nice pool and land scraping . The new management team seems very friendly. There is a building that says gym on the door we were told it needs to be brought up to code. No sign of that happening now and it is not on our lease as a amenity. Don’t think it will be happening also the fire pit is locked out can not use. The one maintenance guy is great but very overloaded with work. The walls are full of cracks in the stucco mostly small but some large ones as buildings settle. Windows also have some seal issues. Be sure and read your contract because you are responsible for mold issues with mold contract. Very quite and pleasant neighbors so far. We have asked about a garage a few timesaver were told there was going to be something available on the September 2nd still no idea if we are getting one or not and it is almost the first. Office staff is very pleasant but not much communication to residents about what is happening with various things. Also still waiting on parts for dishwasher and microwave from when we moved in. I think they are overwhelmed. Gates are fixed and locked all the time nice since of security thanks for fixing.

We have lived in Hampton East for over two years. We initially rented a one bedroom which was nice and only shared one wall with the neighbor. We moved into a 3 bedroom and it's great! We have no shared walls and it's more like a bungalow/stand alone unit. It's helpful to have the door step trash service. The pool is great! There are a lot of services in the neighborhood. The staff have been great too. The inside of the units are very nice and have modern. Would love for the gym to open:). Super quick to the freeway for my commute to work too. We do enjoy living here.

Kylie is very polite and professional. This a party complex many young families with kids so it a lot of large parties at pool area so I would stay away from courtyards and pool if you don’t like noise. Maintenance is very busy with cleaning and prepping apartments and short handed so they have a hard time keeping up with work orders . When walking on tour be sure to look closely at how nice and clean the conditions of all the porches are especially to the left when headed towards the model. Courtyards are kept up with very nicely every week.

Hot tub never works can not get a fitness center Otherwise it is a beautiful place with nice manger and maintenance that are overwhelmed with work orders. In my option more seasonal pool and hot tub.gates open almost nightly knocked of track cars run into them and manager has to get 3 estimates every time to repair then get approval from owners can take weeks.

All most all the front palm tree lights are burned out as is the hot tub and pool lights. Well maintained courtyards and landscaping. For the most part a quiet community.

A lot of bad reviews on here but I've had a great experience before even moving in. The office staff is very pleasant, we were easily able to apply, all community fees are very upfront in the lease, the 3 bed 2 bath we are getting is stunning, spacious, and definitely best out of all the 3 bed 2 baths we've seen for the same price. The community was exceptionally clean and we are very excited to lease here.

I found myself in a tight spot last week and needed a home ASAP! I am still elated that I was able to find my home here for myself and two kids. Cody was and absolute LEGEND in getting me approved and in record time. He helped me out with the entire process and made it a lot easier than I expected under my circumstances. I don't know their names, but the maintenance staff is amazing as well. They turned my unit upside-down and it looked better than anticipated. Especially since they only had a day to prepare it for me to move in. I signed the lease before even seeing inside a model or another unit and have no regrets. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience. I cant stop bragging about my new home. I love it! It's perfect! Thank you!!!!!

Very nice place to live. The apartment is brand new,energy efficient and quiet. Lavina is amazing! She is kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I moved here from Connecticut and picked the apartment just by searching on the internet. it's close to the highway and shopping (even Urgent Care if you drop the toolbox on your toe 😀). I am very happy with my decision to live here.
