From the moment we arrived we felt like we were meant to be here. The office staff is awesome. They helped us find the right apartment at the right time. They have helped me navigate the journey to renting since we haven't rented in over 20 yrs. The grounds are clean, maintenance issues get handled immediately and we love our new apartment. Highly recommend living here. You won't be disappointed.

My brothers just recently moved to this apartments and it’s been great! The ladies at the office Tesi and Maria are amazing, they went above and beyond to help my brothers in the process. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a new home.

Our family just moved in and so far we feel at home. The ladies in the office, Tesi and Maria, are very caring and hardworking. I’m thankful for their work at getting us into these apartments and the continued communication when we need something. The place is kept very clean and have good rules in place to keep it that way. The pool is very well maintained and they JUST OPENED a splash pad for the kids! The ladies threw a great party for the whole development to celebrate the opening! It was great. Will keep updated as needed!

Went on a tour today with a lovely lady and I will say all the ladies in the office they were so nice they were very informative. They were not judgmental because I did not go any dressed up. It was just a very awesome experience and I think it’s important that they get a shout out for their very good and professional Customer service Thank you ladies

I've lived here for over 4 years now and despite several issues previously (under other management), I genuinely love it here. The property is well maintained, the houses are beautiful, the maintenance guys are the absolute coolest. It's honestly a great community that I am happy to be a part of. Tesi and Maria have really stepped up and helped make this place even better. They are very understanding, extremely professional and also very personable. I no longer feel uncomfortable or judged the second I walk into the leasing office and I am so so so grateful for that. They both are always available, the phones are always answered, emails always returned, there's always someone in the office. They actually care about the residents and are always willing to help resolve any obstacles. I can't thank these beautiful ladies enough for all the hard work they put in and the wonderful conversations every time I mosey into the office.

So far we have been here about 2 weeks. We love our 3bed 2 bath home. It comes with a small backyard, it’s Spacious, clean and quiet. Everyone is nice and stay to themselves. Tessi in the leasing office was extremely helpful and kind.

I went to visit a friend at these apartments that I just had to stop into the office and get information I was greeted with the beautiful smile from Maria Alvarez . She was so kind and helpful And very knowledgeable. Makes you feel so comfortable I can’t thank you enough. She’s a great asset to this company. It’s very hard nowadays to find someone so kind to take their time and helping people. Thank you, Maria once again
